Admission and introduction of F series shares to trading
With the Resolution No. 328/2016 of the Management Board of the Stock Exchange in Warsaw SA, dated 6 April 2016, the WSE Management Board admitted and introduced to trading on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange 1,772,704 ordinary bearer shares of series F.
At the same time, the WSE Management Board decided to introduce in normal mode as of 11 April 2016 the above shares to trading under the condition that the National Depository for Securities registered the above shares.
Admission of F series shares to the NDS
The Management Board of the National Depository for Securities SA, on 11 April 2016, accepted for deposit 1,772,704 ordinary bearer shares of F series, giving them a code PLZTKMA00017.
