Education:
Graduated from the Cracow University of Economics, the Faculty of Management and Marketing, Labour Resource Management, Master of Economics. Postgraduate studies in Accounting and Finance held in the years 2002 – 2003.
Job experience:
Since 2001 he runs his own accounting office where he manages a team of experienced accountants and serves as an outsourced chief accountant for dozens of entities.
In the years 1993 – 2001 he worked at the position of chief accountant or accountant in companies and accounting offices.
Mr. Marcin Knieć is involved in the accounting field in a number of entities of varied profiles. Being responsible for implementation of the accounting policy, he actively participated in the processes of transformations, mergers and other reorganization of units of various sizes. He advised the management of companies in the area of balance sheet and coordinated the implementation of effective management accounting models.
Mr. Marcin Knieć meets the independence criteria set out in Art. 129 sec. 3 of the Act of May 11, 2017 on statutory auditors, audit firms and public supervision. He has knowledge and skills in accounting or auditing of financial statements.
