Education:
Michał Jankowiak is a graduate of the Wroclaw University of Economics, where he obtained a master’s degree in 2003. He participated in numerous trainings and competence courses. He obtained, among others, the Six Sigma Green Belt certificate and the Prince 2 project management certificate. He completed a negotiation and purchasing strategy course at the LG Electronics headquarters in Seoul.
Professional experience:
Michał Jankowiak started his professional career in the United States, where in 2003-2006 he worked in the logistics and planning department at the Inclinator Company of America, Inc. manufacturing company. After returning to Poland, he became involved in the LCD industry. In 2007-2014 he worked in subsidiaries of the LG Group as a Logistics Manager. In 2012-2014 he was the Purchasing Director at LG Electronics. In 2014-2017, he worked as Procurement and Supply Chain Manager and Production Manager at Pittsburgh Glass Works, a supplier of glass for the automotive industry. In January 2018, he joined the Mangata Group as the Managing Director of Masterform sp. z o. o., and in October 2018 he became the President of Masterform sp. z o. o. Since July 2020, he has been the President of the Management Board of Kuźnia Polska S.A., a subsidiary of Mangata Holding S.A. Since 2023, he has been a Member of the Management Board and Director of Operational Strategy and Investments at the Mangata Holding, as well as the President of the Management Board at Śrubena Unia Sp. z o. o.
Michał Jankowiak does not conduct any form of activity competitive to the Company, he is not involved in a competitive company as a partner in a private partnership, partnership or as a member of a body of a capital company, and he is not involved in any other competitive legal person as a member of its body. Michał Jankowiak is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
