Education:
Mr. Grzegorz Morawiec is a graduate of the University of Silesia in Katowice, Faculty of Law and Administration (1994-1999). In the years 1999–2003 he completed legal counsel’s training in the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Katowice, ending with obtaining the competence of a legal counsel.
Professional experience:
Mr. Grzegorz Morawiec gained his professional experience at the Kancelaria Adwokatów i Radców Prawnych J. Wolnik & Syn s.c., Farmacol S.A. (initially as an independent lawyer, from June 2001 to June 2005 – as a legal department coordinator, and from July 2005 as a board advisor). Starting from June 2003, he is the managing partner at the Kancelaria Radców Prawnych JGA Ginckaj, Morawiec, Olszewski, Stankiewicz sp.p. based in Katowice, specializing in commercial and economic law, mergers and competition law. From November 2018, he is the managing partner in TDJ Legal Morawiec sp.k.
Mr. Grzegorz Morawiec currently remains a Member of the Supervisory Board of GERLACH S.A., FITEN S.A., ENERGOBIOGAZ S.A. and President of the Management Board of Fine Homes sp. z o.o., TDJ Venture sp. z o.o., Fleetwood Investments sp. z o.o., HM Investments sp. z o.o. and Winglet sp. z o.o.; member of the board of TDJ Pitango Ventures Advisory sp. z o.o. and the liquidator of PME S.A.
In addition, he gained experience as a Member of the Supervisory Board of, among others, Cefarm Kielce S.A.; Cefarm Szczecin S.A., Cefarm Warszawa S.A., Cefarm Wrocław, Zamet Budowa Maszyn S.A., Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych Silesia S.A. and as a liquidator of commercial law companies.
Mr. Grzegorz Morawiec does not conduct any competitive activity towards the Company as a partner, he is not a member of a governing body of a legal person competing with the Company and he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
