Education:
Mr. Maciej Jurczyk is a graduate of Stefan Żeromski High School in Bielsko-Biała and the Construction Technical School in Bielsko-Biała.
Professional Experience:
Mr. Maciej Jurczyk has been professionally associated with TIM S.A. based in Bielsko-Biała for over 36 years, where he is responsible for building the company’s organizational structures, developing the product range, and negotiating and implementing commercial contracts. He has served on the company’s Management Board for over 25 years, currently serving as Vice President of the Management Board.
He has extensive experience in corporate governance. He has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of BTQ S.A. based in Bielsko-Biała since 2020 and a Member of the Supervisory Board of GJ5 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością S.K.A. based in Bielsko-Biała since 2012. Since 2025, he has served on the Board of the Extraordinary Persons Foundation in Bielsko-Biała. He also served as a Supervisory Board Member of Kuźnia Polska S.A. for over eight years, and as a Supervisory Board Member of Zetkama sp. z o.o., Śrubena Unia S.A., and Techmadex S.A., based in Warsaw, for three years.
Mr. Maciej Jurczyk does not conduct any activities competitive to the Issuer’s business as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership, corporation, or as a member of a governing body of a competing legal entity. He also does not conduct any other activities competitive to the Company’s business. He is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
