Education:
Ms. Jagna Stanecka graduated from the Kraków University of Economics, where she obtained a Master’s degree in 1997 (specialization in Accounting). She has also participated in numerous finance-related training programs and courses.

Experience:

Ms. Jagna Stanecka began her professional career at an audit firm, where she worked in the audit and business advisory department from 1998 to 2001, participating, among other things, in numerous audits of financial statements of non-financial sector companies.

In addition, Ms. Jagna Stanecka has more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, including 20 years in the finance departments of manufacturing companies.

From 2001 to 2015, she worked for Polish subsidiaries of the American corporation Smithfield Foods (FMCG), holding the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Controlling Director, and Consolidation Coordinator. Between 2010 and 2015, she was also a member of the management boards of subsidiaries of Animex Foods Sp. z o.o. S.K.A. / Kraków Branch and Agri Plus Sp. z o.o.

From 2015 to 2017, she served as Chief Financial Officer in companies operating in the retail sector (Kerdos Group S.A., Dayli Polska Sp. z o.o., TXM S.A.).

Between 2018 and 2022, she worked for SuperDrob S.A. (FMCG), part of Thailand’s CPF Group, as Chief Financial Officer and, additionally, as a Member of the Management Board from 2020 to 2022.

In June 2022, she joined the Mangata Holding Group as Chief Financial Officer at Kuźnia Polska S.A. and MCS Sp. z o.o. From June 2023 to August 2024, and subsequently from November 2025 to April 2026, she served as a Member of the Management Board of Kuźnia Polska S.A. In September 2024, she became Chief Financial Officer of Mangata Holding S.A., and since December 2024 she has also been a Member of the Company’s Management Board.

Ms. Jagna Stanecka does not conduct any activity competitive to the Company in any form, does not participate in a competing company as a partner in a civil law partnership or partnership, nor as a member of a governing body of a capital company, and does not participate in any other competing legal entity as a member of its governing body. Ms. Jagna Stanecka is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
