Mr. Bartosz Wielicki graduated from the University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Management, with a specialization in Accounting (1994-1999).
Professional Experience:
Mr. Bartosz Wielicki gained his professional experience:
at the Unilever Group from 1999 to 2005, holding a number of positions in the Finance Department of Unilever Polska S.A. and the Global Planning and Analysis Department of the Unilever Headquarters in London,
in the EnerSys Group from 2005 to 2026, holding the following positions:
– 2005–2010, Chief Financial Officer for Poland and Russia
– 2010–2019, Financial Controller for Europe
– 2019–2022, Senior Financial Director for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia
– 2022–2026, Vice President of Finance for Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia
Mr. Bartosz Wielicki does not conduct any activities competitive to the Issuer’s business as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership, corporation, or in a competitive legal entity as a member of its governing body, nor does he conduct any other activities competitive to the Company’s business. He is also not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.
