Professional Experience:
Renata Jurczyk has been a member of the Supervisory Board of BTQ S.A., based in Bielsko-Biała, since 2020. Since 2025, she has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Foundation for Exceptional People in Bielsko-Biała.
From 1993 to 2022, she was self-employed, including from 2007 to 2022 as a partner in the registered civil partnership NASTROJE Edyta Jurczyk, Renata Jurczyk, based in Bielsko-Biała.
Ms. Renata Jurczyk does not engage in any activity competing with the issuer’s business, either as a partner in a registered civil partnership, a partnership, or a corporation, or as a member of a management body of a competing legal entity, nor does she engage in any other activities competing with the company’s business.
