Education:
Mr. Piotr Kolbusz studied mechanical engineering at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and physics and computer science at the University of Wrocław, where he received a degree in theoretical physics in 1987. He also completed postgraduate studies in corporate financial management at the Wrocław University of Economics.
Professional Experience:
Co-founder and co-owner of Inter Mind, currently operating under the name Black Point S.A., headquartered in Bielany Wrocławskie. From 1988 to 2006, he managed Black Point S.A. as Vice President and then President of the Management Board. He then served on the Supervisory Board of Black Point. He currently serves as President of the Management Board again.
During his extensive professional career, he has served on the management and supervisory boards of nearly ten other companies. He is a partner in Collegium Wratislaviense sp. z o.o. and Waffen Investments Ltd, where he also serves as a Director.
Mr. Piotr Kolbusz does not conduct any business competitive to the Issuer’s business as a partner in a civil law partnership, partnership, or corporation, or as a member of a governing body of a competitive legal entity, nor does he conduct any other business competitive to the Company. He is also not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
