  • 1946

    Beginning of operations in Kłodzko.

  • 1979

    The cast iron foundry moved from Kłodzko to Ścinawka Średnia.

  • 1991

    Change of the legal form from a state-owned company to a joint-stock company based on the employee stock ownership plan.

  • 1999

    Central Europe Valves (Riverside) joins the company as a majority shareholder.

  • 2001

    Modernisation of the iron foundry in Ścinawka Średnia.

  • 2005

    Debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

  • 2007

    Change of the majority owner, withdrawal of the foreign inwestor Central Europe Valves LLC (Riverside), taking over the majority shareholding through agreement of shareholders with the national capital (Jurczyk Family, Avalon MBO, Kuźnia Polska S.A.)

    New manufacturing plant in Ścinawka Średnia and movement of the company from Kłodzko.

  • 2008

    Takeover of the company Śrubena Unia in Żywiec.

  • 2009

    Acquisition of an organized company in the area of the Katowice Special Economic Zone in Żory and bringing it into the founded MCS sp. z o.o company.

  • 2011

    Acquisition of the majority shareholding of ARMAK sp. z o.o in Sosnowiec from the Polish State Treasury.

  • 2013

    Beginning of research and development activities ZETKAMA R&D sp. z o.o in Ścinawka Średnia.

  • 2014

    Takeover of the company Techmadex S.A. in Warsaw.

  • 2015

    Acquisition of the majority shareholding of MASTERFORM S.A. in Świebodzice.

    Takeover of the company KUŹNIA POLSKA S.A. in Skoczów.

  • 2016

    Separation of activities and competence of the parent company ZETKAMA SA into two areas: - Management and supervision of the CAPITAL GROUP (ZETKAMA S.A.) - Conducting business activity in the Automation and Industrial Valves segment (ZETKAMA Sp. z o.o.)

    ZETKAMA S.A. changes the name to MANGATA HOLDING S.A.

  • 2017

    Merger of the company ZETKAMA Sp. z o.o. Ścinawka Średnia (the acquiring company) with ARMAK S.A. in Sosnowiec (the company being acquired)

  • 2018

    Sale of shares the subsidiary Techmadex S.A. with headquarters in Warsaw.

    Zetkama’s acquisition of Fabryka Armatur Głuchołazy

Operating segments

Automotive

The first operating segment includes companies whose production is predominantly oriented towards the manufacture of automotive industry components and gathers 2 entities: Kuźnia Polska S.A. and Masterform Sp. z o.o.  The elements manufactured in these companies go directly and indirectly to the majority of passenger cars produced in Europe, as well as in Mexico and USA. This proves their price competitiveness and the use of high technological knowledge in the production process. A large part of the elements is also mounted in trucks, tractors and combine harvesters. These companies also provide machining services.

Industrial valves and automation

The segment of industrial valves and automation is made up of: ZETKAMA Sp. z o.o. and ZETKAMA R&D sp. z o.o., which conducts research and development activities. Entities from this segment operate in such industries as: energy, shipbuilding, heating and heat engineering, ventilation and air conditioning, production of industrial installations and gas industry. Most of the products offered are exported to over 70 countries, including Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, France and non-European countries such as Egypt, Indonesia, Brazil, China, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, USA. Domestic customers account for 25% of the sales structure.

Fasteners

The third segment concerns the manufacture of fasteners, a wide range of bolts and nuts. They are produced in the company Śrubena Unia S.A. in Żywiec. The main recipients of these products are the construction industry, producers of steel constructions, engineering industry, power engineering, petrochemistry, mining and, to a large extent, railway (about 30%). The product class is evidenced by the fact that the company has been a direct partner of Deutsche Bahn in the railway industry for over 30 years. The company’s products in 60% are exported to foreign markets, mainly to Europe, but also to the USA and South Africa. The Śrubena Unia S.A. is the only producer in Poland that combines two technologies of the forging process – cold and hot.
