Construction of a new fitings manufacturing plant in Ścinawka Średnia and moving of the company from Kłodzko.
Takeover of the company Śrubena Unia in Żywiec.
Acquisition of an organized company in the area of the Katowice Special Economic Zone in Żory and bringing it into the founded MCS company.
Acquisition of the majority shareholding of ARMAK in Sosnowiec from the Polish State Treasury.

Takeover of the company KUŹNIA POLSKA S.A. in Skoczów.
Separation of activities and competence of the parent company ZETKAMA SA into two areas: - Management and supervision of the CAPITAL GROUP (ZETKAMA S.A.) - Conducting business activity in the Automation and Industrial Valves segment (ZETKAMA Sp. z o.o.)
ZETKAMA S.A. changes the name to MANGATA HOLDING S.A.
