S1 Ensuring a high level of occupational safety

Ensuring a high level of occupational safety is our highest priority in the social area. By improving working conditions in the production area and constantly raising employee awareness and engagement, we want to build a strong OHS culture in the Group. We see the need for continuous improvement of ergonomics at work to provide our employees with the safest possible environment.

S2 Ensuring working conditions that support employee engagement

By introducing the Development Assessment Program and the 360º Project Assessment we want to build a culture of learning and development for our employees. By applying the best practices in employee communication and to the voice of our staff, we will create a friendly working environment that supports engagement. Human rights and appropriate working conditions are very important to us, which is why we intend to pay even more attention to the principles on which we cooperate with temporary employment agencies and entities providing employee leasing. An important element of our HR activities will also be taking care of equal rights in the area of remuneration.

S3 Systematizing the approach to dialogue with local communities

We see great value in cooperation with our neighbours – local communities. We believe that systematizing the communication process and developing support for local initiatives in the area of ESG will allow us to build long-term relationships with our environment. Continuing cooperation with local vocational schools and building a positive image of our companies as employers will help increase the economic attractiveness of our regions.

S4 Providing high-quality information on products to the Group’s customers

Customers’ access to high-quality information on our products is very important to us. In order to support customers in their activities in the area of sustainable development, we intend to gradually expand the scope of information we provide to include the carbon footprint of selected products from our offer.
