We are introducing a Group management model consistent with leading market standards, ensuring the Group’s resilience to ESG risks. The ESG issues will be taken into account in every significant area of our operations.

G1 Aligning the Group’s management model with leading market practices

We intend to align our management model and our policies in the Group with leading market standards, which will allow us to better respond to today’s dynamic market changes related to the green transformation of the economy and better respond to the needs of our stakeholders. One of our priorities will be the implementation of an ESG risk management system, which will increase the resilience of our organization to new challenges. We intend to build a corporate culture based on responsibility and trust. An important action in this area will be the implementation of an anonymous system for reporting irregularities in our organization in order to ensure the protection of whistleblowers.

G2 Implementation of ESG management in the Group

Issues related to climate and environmental protection, social responsibility and organizational excellence are very important to us, which is why we intend to systematize processes related to ESG management, unify policies in relation to important issues, and start a permanent active dialogue with our stakeholders. We are already starting the process of adapting to the CSRD directive, so that when its requirements enter into force, we provide the highest quality information in our non-financial reports.

One of the members of the Management Board will be responsible for the overall supervision of ESG issues in our Group. In the coming years, we plan to implement remuneration mechanisms linking the remuneration of management staff to ESG performance indicators.

G3 Implementation of the principles of sustainable development in the value chain

We are aware that our impact on the environment, climate and communities is not limited to the Mangata Group, therefore we intend to implement the principles of sustainable development in our value chain and strengthen cooperation with our suppliers in this respect.
