A record year for Mangata Holding
Mangata Holding generated PLN 1.05 billion in consolidated sales revenue, which is an increase of 32.8% compared to 2021. Gross sales profitability in the reporting period amounted to 24.3%. The Group’s EBITDA amounted to PLN 168 million (an increase of 29.2% y/y). In turn, the consolidated net profit amounted to PLN 95 million (increase by 32.5% y/y). The Management Board of Mangata Holding recommends allocating to dividends the entire net profit generated by the company in 2022 in the amount of PLN 41.7 million and an additional PLN 8.3 million from retained earnings from previous years, which means PLN 7.50 per share. The final dividend amount will be decided by the shareholders.
