At the beginning of June 2023 one of the companies of our capital group – MCS sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Żory, became an integral part of Kuźnia Polska S.A. based in Skoczów. This is a strategic move towards the development and strengthening of the holding’s position on the market. We are convinced that this merger of companies will allow us to continue our mission of providing innovative solutions to customers and will ensure further growth and development of the Mangata group.
