On March 31, 2021 the 2020 annual report was published. The Mangata Holding Capital Group generated sales revenues of PLN 566 million, achieving an EBITDA result of PLN 74 million and a net profit of approximately PLN 35 million. Thanks to segment and market diversification, the Group achieved a stable level of results.<\/p>\n

The Management Board also presented a forecast for 2021, which is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Sales revenues<\/td>\nPLN 659 million<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
EBITDA<\/td>\nPLN 94 million<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Net profit<\/td>\nPLN 43 million<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The holding will continue to pursue its dividend policy and recommended a dividend of PLN 4.50 per share. The final decision on the allocation of the net profit for the financial year 2020 will be made by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Issuer.<\/p>\n

Capital expenditure on investments in the Mangata Group is planned in 2021 at PLN 43.5 million.<\/p>\n

At the results conference, the Management Board also presented a strategy for the years 2021-2025, in which revenues in 2025 are forecasted at the level of PLN 850-900 million<\/p>\n
