On June 23, 2020 the composition of the Mangata Holding Management Board was expanded to include Mr. Micha\u0142 Zawisza, a long-term Chairman of the Supervisory Board who took the position of the Vice President of the Management Board – Strategy Director. Mr. Micha\u0142 Zawisza’s joining the Company’s Management Board is associated with the creation of a new organizational unit in the Company’s structures – Strategy and M&A Office, whose goal will be to shape the long-term strategy of the Holding both in organic and acquisition terms, with particular emphasis on the value of the organization.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
