Zygmunt Mrożek

Zygmunt Mrożek has begun his professional career in Zakład Urządzeń Przemysłowych (Industrial Devices Plant) in Nysa and in Fabryka Armatury (Fittings Factory) in Głuchołazy. In 1998 – 2001, he was the President of the Board in ZETKAMA Fabryka Armatury Przemysłowej S.A. Since 1975 he was the director of Kłodzka Fabryka Urządzeń Technicznych (Factory of Technical Appliances in Kłodzko). During 20 years of factory management he was successful in initiating and supervising current activity and ownership transformations. In 1979, he decided to split the fittings production plant and iron foundry, moving the latter to Ścinawka Średnia which enabled increase of production capacity of the plant. In 1991 the company managed by Zygmunt Mrożek was transformed from a state owned company into employee owned company.

In 1991-2001 he occupied the position of the President of the Board of ZETKAMA Fabryka Armatury Przemysłowej Spółka Akcyjna. He cooperated with the staff, discovering the need of further development, and,  as a result of the stance adopted jointly in 1998, the Company decided to introduce a financial investor in the factory. The capital gained contributed to further development of the company, among others the iron foundry was modernized in 2001.

Mr. Zygmunt Mrożek is not engaged in any activities competitive to the Company ZETKAMA SA as a partner, is not a member of any company competitive to MANGATA and is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors, maintained under the National Court Register Act.
